If the tenant shows up to pay for arrears after the auction has ended, can I still cancel it?

Once an auction on StorageHunt has been completed, and the winning bidder has been charged the full amount, it is not possible to cancel the auction. The auction process is considered finalized at this point, and the winning bidder has acquired ownership of the storage unit's contents by fulfilling their financial obligation.

StorageHunt's platform is designed to ensure transparency and fairness in the auction process. Once the winning bidder has successfully secured the unit and paid for it, the auction cannot be canceled or reversed. It's important for both facility owners and bidders to understand that the auction process is legally binding and final.
