Creating a Storage Facility Profile on StorageHunt

StorageHunt allows facility owners to easily create and manage their storage unit profiles. This guide will walk you through the process of setting up your first facility on the platform.

Account Setup

  1. Access StorageHunt
    โ€‹Log in to your existing StorageHunt account.

  2. New User Registration
    If you don't have an account, sign up for a new one on the registration page.

Creating Your Facility Profile

  1. Initiate Profile Creation
    Once logged in, locate and click the "Create A Facility" button in the top right corner of the main screen.

  2. Enter Facility Details
    Fill out your facility profile with the following information:

    • Facility Name

    • Facility Address

    • Facility Phone Number

    • Facility Email (optional)

    • Website URL (optional)

  3. Specify Operating Hours
    Confirm your facility's hours of operation.

  4. Set Cleanout Deposit
    Determine the amount StorageHunt will authorize on the winning bidder's card as a cleaning deposit fee. This deposit is refundable upon unit cleanout.

  5. Define Cleanout Period
    Specify the number of days a winning bidder has to clean out the unit after winning an auction.

  6. Finalize Profile
    Review all entered information and press the submit button to complete your facility profile setup.

By following these steps, you'll successfully create your storage facility profile on StorageHunt, enabling you to manage and auction storage units through the platform. This profile serves as the foundation for posting storage unit auctions and managing your facility's online presence.
